  • We are situated in the heart of the Kalahari, Upington.
  • We offer R100 flat rate shipping in South Africa.
  • There may be additional charges if your address is located in a remote area (usually very small towns) but we will notify you accordingly via email if this applies to you. If you are unsure if your address is in a remote area please contact us via email and provide us with your address so we can do a quote for you.
  • We do not ship outside the borders of South Africa.
    • Our Ladies shoes range from size 3 – size 8.
    • Styles like Emma, Magda & Marlene are always available in size 9 and 10.
    • There are occasional instances where we offer Lauren in size 9.

  • Our Gents shoes range from size 7 – size 12 and occasionally size 13 in some styles.
  • We do not offer custom shoes or sizes.
  • We want your shoes to fit you. All unworn shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs of the return/exchange process.
  • Te Fraai Diena (Pty) Ltd do not credit the original shipping charges.

  • Strictly no refunds, we do however offer exchanges.
  • Our product range are pretty big, every shoe is made on different lasts and we have size suggestions on each different product in the description next to it. Some styles you have to take one size smaller, some your own size and some the smallest size that you usually wear between to sizes.
  • We can give advice on what size to take but in the end, the true arbiter of fit and style is up to you, you know your feet the best xx
  • Leather lining feels soft on the skin and will conform to the shape of the foot over time. It's also durable and allows air flow, letting moisture evaporate.

  2. When you make a payment from our site using PayFast, you will be redirected to the PayFast secure payment gateway for South Africa.
  3. Here you can select to pay with Visa or Mastercard, with Zapper, Masterpass, Mobicred or via direct EFT from the four major South African banks (Absa, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank).
  4. Complete payment by entering in the relevant payment details and OTP if requested.
  5. Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete.
  6. PayFast sends a notification to the merchant on the outcome of the transaction and in turn, the merchant will process your order immediately.

  • PayFast is developed with the same demands on security and performance as web sites used for banking services and share trading. Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
  • Your sensitive financial information (like credit/debit card details) is never sent to the people you pay! So you can send money without sending your financial information! So you don't need to worry about paying people you don't know.
  • They make use of 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions on PayFast.
