❤ How do I exchange?

♡ Kindly enter your order number and the email address you used when original order was placed.

♡ Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.

-          Important: If you wish to exchange to a different item/s kindly make use of the note box and inform us: What Style, Colour & Size?

-          This will prevent emails from going back & forth.

♡ You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved.

♡ All queries with regards to exchanges will be handled via email.

❤ What items are exchangable?

♡   Te Fraai Diena (Pty) Ltd have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

♡ To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN and in the original packaging.

♡ Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs of the exchange process. Te Fraai Diena (Pty) Ltd do not credit the original shipping charges.

♡ Te Fraai Diena (Pty) Ltd charges R230 per exchange (R115 courier cost - arranging the collection of your original item/s from you & R115 to dispatch the exchanged item/s to back you).

-       If your exchange exceeds 5 items there will be a handling fee of R50 applicable.

♡ As from 01.11.2022 Te Fraai Diena (Pty) Ltd will not allow clients to make use of their own courier services to return item/s. No exceptions.
