Nienke tends to run a little large. If you usually fall between two sizes, we recommend taking the smaller size.

- Flat Rate: R130 flat rate shipping across South Africa.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery Time: Once collected by the courier, delivery takes 2–5 business days.
- Location Note: We ship from Great Brak River. Unfortunately, overnight delivery is not available for our area.

- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

Size Guide – Larger Fit
These run a little large.
If you usually fall between two sizes (for example, if you are sometimes a 5 and sometimes a 6), we recommend taking the smaller size.
If you always wear a consistent size, please use the following as a guide:
♡ Long or Broad feet: Stick to your normal size.
♡ Short feet: We recommend taking one size smaller than usual.
We provide the size guide, but you make the final call. Just remember: a snug fit early on is good! Real leather might feel tight at first, but it will soon stretch and mould slightly to your feet for a custom fit that is yours alone.
